HIGH-PURITY TWO-COMPONENT SEA SALT

Purity Reef Salt is a high-purity, two-component sea salt designed for professional and analytically managed marine aquariums. It has been specifically developed for applications where precise control of water chemistry and individual management of trace elements are required.

The salt deliberately contains no added trace elements. Only iodine and molybdenum are included in precisely balanced concentrations to ensure a stable biological base without influencing the targeted dosing of additional elements. The formulation is completely free of anti-caking agents, flow aids, and technical additives.

Purity Reef Salt is ideally suited for sensitive systems, for supportive use in cases of algae issues, cyanobacteria, or dinoflagellates, as well as for the preparation of analytically controlled aquarium systems. This product is intended exclusively for experienced users with in-depth knowledge of marine water chemistry.

Dosage:

Step 1:

• 124 g per 10 liters of RO/DI water
• Dissolve the measured amount of Purity Salt in a clean container with continuous water movement.
• Wait 5 minutes.

Step 2:

• Add a further 266 g.
• Dissolve the measured amount of Purity Salt with continuous water movement.
• Ready after 15 minutes.

Result:

Seawater with a salinity of approximately 33–35 PSU.

Dosage notes:

• Weigh both components separately
• Dissolve in tempered RO/DI water (23–26 °C) while stirring vigorously
• After approx. 15 minutes, the seawater is clear and ready for use
• Check salinity before use and adjust if necessary

Important note:

For experienced users only. An individual system analysis should be carried out before use. Due to the high purity of the mixture, the salt may form slight lumps. These are completely harmless and will fully dissolve with stirring.
