Contains 3 x 5000ml of fluids intended for equal measured dosing.
The chemical composition of Aquaforest Component 1+2+3+ is based on the method developed by H. Balling. The formula has been fine tuned in the Aquaforest lab and enriched with trace elements that are fundamental for maintaining marine aquarium organisms in good form. As a result Aquaforest have composed 3 fluids that are intended for dosing in equal amounts on regular basis.
Modified and enriched with microelements, Aquaforest Component 1+2+3 is suitable for the normal function of marine aquariums. The composition contains 3 fluids intended for equal measured dosing, on a regular basis, which work towards fulfilling the demands of all corals.
Aquaforest Component 1+2+3 targets the maintenance of many minerals and elements which may be difficult to establish under home conditions. The sustaining of adequate levels of magnesium and calcium, also requires preserving suitable amounts of microelements in reef aquariums – all of which is taken care of by this innovative blend.
For the best results, it is recommended by Aquaforest that 50ml of Component 1+2+3 is added to 100 litres of water daily.
- Enriched with microelements
- Suitable for the normal function of marine aquariums
- contains 3 fluids intended for equal measured dosing
- For regular daily dosing
- Fulfills the demands of corals
- Targets the maintenance of many minerals and elements
- Perfect for remedying those levels hard to achieve in home set-ups
- Sustains adequate levels of magnesium and calcium
Dosage:
The dosage needs to be adjusted according to the consumption of macro-nutrients, and based on critical water parameters like Calcium, Magnesium and KH
If one or two parameters are still not balanced- we recommend to continue with administering equal doses of each component, and take advantage of one of our additives (Calcium, Magnesium, KH Buffer) to restore desired level(s)
In order to maintain adequate amount of trace elements in aquarium water, both Magnesium and Calcium levels need to be within recommended range (Ca 400-440 mg/L, Mg 1280-1350 mg/L)
A typical aquarium with average number of hard corals requires approximately 25ml of each component per 100 lof water daily
• Component 1+ contains: Ca, Sr, Ba, Co, Mn, Cu, Fe, Zn, Ni, Cr
(25ml dissolved in 100 l/27 US gal raises Ca by 4,5 mg)
• Component 2+ contains: NaHCO3, F, I
(25ml dissolved in 100 l/27 US gal raises KH by 0,65 dKH (Alk: 0,23 meg/l)
• Component 3+ contains: Mg, Reef Mineral Salt, K and B
(25ml dissolved in 100 l/27 US gal raises Mg by 3 mg/l)
