Ranging in size from 1-20um, it can feed a wide range of aquarium filter-feeding marine animals and invertebrates.
Description
Reef Phytoplankton™ contains a natural source of carotenoids which provides essential protein. Carotenoids offer the added benefit of being a good antioxidant.
It is prepared to contain the right ratio of fatty acids, carbohydrates and proteins. Studies* show that the consumption of phytoplankton by filter feeders is increased when using several sources of phytoplankton compared to a single culture.
